Stakehill BID.

Established in 2021, the Stakehill BID (Business Improvement District) is a dynamic, occupier-funded, non-profit partnership dedicated to enhancing and advancing the Stakehill Industrial Estate. With a focus on connecting a fractional estate ownership and occupier base to deliver effective progress and additional services that improve occupier daily operations on site.

Businesses contribute a statutory levy which ensure that the voices, concerns, and priorities of the businesses directly shape and inform planning and proactivity around necessary improvements and services, such as the onsite bus service.

The Stakehill BID acts as a facilitator and an enabler acting as a bridge between businesses and public and private sector organisations.
