Deal Recognised in CoStar 2025 Awards

IDRE are delighted to see one of our deals recognised in the Q4 2025 CoStar Awards.

The letting of 82,000 sqft Electron, Stakehill Industrial Estate, Manchester to Charles & Ivy has been named one of the Top Industrial Leasing Deals in the North West for the quarter.

It was a great transaction to be involved in and a strong result for everyone involved. Thanks to all parties who helped bring the deal together.
