Brewing up a new cafe

If you weren’t already aware Stakehill Industrial Estate is home to the well renowned Rafters Cafe on Touchet Hall Lane.

A favourite with local businesses is now getting an upgrade as plans are close to being finalised for a new cafe with external seating. IDRE are working with all parties to deliver the upgrades with the hope that these can be completed by the end of July 2025.

The new facility will continue to provide its renowned quality service from its friendly staff as well as now offering even stronger coffee’s from its upgraded coffee machines to help get customers through the working day.
